Electricity is free from April to October. During Winter the first £55 per week
(or £8 per day) of electricity is free and extra is charged at unit costs.
Linen with towels (if requested) is £8-00 per person.
Short breaks may be available, especially off-season. Please

contact us to make a provisional booking. Then send, within 10 days, a deposit of £70 per week booked. We shall confirm your booking on receipt of the deposit.
The deposit is
rent in advance and is
non-returnable.
The balance of the rent is due not later than six weeks before arrival, unless booking at short notice in which case the entire rent should normally be sent when booking.
